Here's a nice 3-minute read on some ways to help your body clock adjust to the dramatic time zone change that our Australia tour forces upon you. LOL
So many times an athlete finds that the mind is willing but the body isn't quite able to give what the brain knows it can. Jet lag is real, yo!
That's why that first day of our tour is so structured with sightseeing activities that are not too physically demanding and yet are so dang interesting that it keeps you awake. We always take this picture at Bondi Beach as soon as we arrive, less than an hour in-country. There's just something so exciting about one of the world's most famous beaches!
